Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
At ImageVana, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, if you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or the wrong artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging to support your claim. We will promptly review and address the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, as each product is printed to order and cannot be resold.
Returns (via exchange only) are accepted only if:
- The item is received in a damaged condition, or
- The item is different from the artwork you ordered.
In such cases, ImageVana will cover the full cost of return shipping and handle the exchange at no extra charge. In this case, a fresh item (same artwork) would be shipped to you once the original damaged or incorrect item has been received.
Exchange Process
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and proof of purchase.
- Process: Email us at support@imagevana.com within 7 days to initiate a return.
- Pickup: We will arrange for a return pickup and conduct a quality inspection once the item is received.
- Approval: If the product passes inspection, we will process an exchange and resend a fresh piece.
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
- If for any reason, refunds need to be issued, they would be issued to the original payment method.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at support@imagevana.com.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before processing (typically within 2 hours) without any charges. To cancel, email support@imagevana.com.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled as it would have gone to the printer.
- Hand-painted paintings and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Important Note
Please be aware that slight differences between product mockup images and the final printed product may occur due to variations in lighting, material texture, and printing processes. Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our liability for all cases is limited to the amount paid for the product. No further legal remuneration or compensation will be provided.
